Career Summary

Towage approval (warranty surveys) of barges; ships; dredges, USN Capital ship tows including carriers/battleships etc. Salvage operations including refloating procedures of grounded/sunken ships. Wreck removals procedures for P&I interests, including drafting & distribution of RFPs for salvage operations. Hull & Machinery damage surveys all tonnages of vessels with subsequent overview of repairs, repair costs for approval. Charter, condition surveys, General Average surveys. Marine loss investigations, involvement for legal interests in capacity as expert witness for fishing vessel casualties, wreck removal projects, arbitrations.
